Once your site is up and running, you will have all the tools at your fingertips to keep your website up to date. Of course, if you would like The Net Girl to manage any of this for you, then we are here to support you, as and when required.

There are various technical maintenance tasks which need to be performed to ensure the core WordPress platform, as well as plug-ins, are kept up to date and your website is secure and running optimally.

If you would like The Net Girl to maintain your website, our Yearly Maintenance Plans provide you with options to suit your budget and needs. The plans will be charged per year up front and cover a variety of maintenance tasks. The Silver and Gold Plans also include support hours which you can use to engage us in activities of your choice.

 

The Net Girl can also assist with general website updates, for example, you may want to add new products and service details, photos or keep your website fresh with blog posts.

Pre-purchase Bulk Support Hours which provide you with maintenance hours at a reduced fee which you can use for any support/maintenance activity. If you aren’t a plan-ahead sort of person, then just ask us when you require assistance, and we will bill you at Pay-as-you-go Maintenance rate of $130 per hour1.

Bulk Support Hours

Your WordPress website maintenance hours can be used towards any of the following maintenance and support services:

  • Periodic update of plug-ins to website
  • Research and creation of content (copy) writing
  • Creation of marketing materials, and publishing and/or distribution
  • Update of text, including publishing blogs
  • Sourcing images, and loading of images
  • Assistance with setting up email addresses
  • Updates to your eCommerce site, including add of products, change of details etc.
  • Enhancements to your website, including the addition of new pages, sections etc.
  • And…. anything else you might need!

Important notes:

  • For any requests, please email us with your requests.
  • On completion of the request, the total of your remaining hours will be emailed to you.
  • Maintenance hours do not expire.
  • Work is billed in 15-minute increments.
